By accessing or using WealthNest (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WealthNest.

To use the Services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited.
• Are not subject to any sanctions list or otherwise prohibited from using financial services.
• Will provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.

You must create an account to use most features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

WealthNest offers structured investment plans, each with a stated minimum and maximum amount, return on investment (ROI), and duration, displayed before you commit funds. Returns are projected based on our managed strategies and are not guaranteed. The specific terms of each plan — including ROI and maturity period — form part of these Terms at the time you make an investment.

• Earnings accrue according to the schedule shown for the selected plan.
• Projected returns are targets, not promises, and may vary with market conditions.
• Funds allocated to a plan may be subject to the plan's duration before maturity.

You acknowledge and accept that investing in cryptocurrencies and related products involves substantial risk, including but not limited to:

• Market risk — prices can change rapidly and unpredictably.
• Liquidity risk — assets may be difficult to convert at a desired price.
• Regulatory risk — changes in law may affect the availability or value of digital assets.
• Technology risk — blockchain networks, wallets, and third-party systems may fail or be compromised.

You should seek independent financial, legal, and tax advice before making any investment decision. WealthNest does not provide personalized investment advice.

Deposits are made in supported cryptocurrencies to the wallet addresses provided within your account. Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard and are subject to review and approval by our team. The minimum deposit is $100 and the minimum withdrawal is $50.

• You are responsible for providing accurate destination wallet addresses; transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, network errors, or third-party wallet issues.
• We may delay or decline transactions for security, compliance, or verification reasons.

Applicable fees are disclosed within the Services before you confirm a transaction. A withdrawal fee of 1.5% applies to processed withdrawals. Referral bonuses, where offered, are equal to 5% of a referred user’s qualifying first deposit. Network (blockchain) fees are determined by the relevant network and are outside our control. We may update our fees from time to time, with notice through the Services.

To comply with applicable laws, we operate Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) procedures. You agree to provide accurate identification and verification information upon request. We may suspend or restrict your account, including the ability to withdraw, until verification is completed. We may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including during verification.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services, or circumvent any security measures.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services without our permission.
• Operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or referral programs.

The Services, including all content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to WealthNest and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular investment outcome or return will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthNest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or capital, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WealthNest and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or created risk or legal exposure for us. You may close your account at any time, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and applicable verification and retention requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration or by the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
